In addition to many minor updates to WebMail, the big change is the elimination of HTML frames. The site has not lost this functionality, it is now managed by CSS code. Note the little lock icon in the title bar. The lock will "lock" the title bar at the top of the screen. If you are using IE 5 or IE 6... you won't see it. This new coding requires Safari, Firefox, Opera, or IE 7. I will continue working on adding new features to this site, it's just taking a bit longer than I had hoped.
