Links has a new feature. Go into the Settings option. The new feature allows you to view Visits Per Month. This shows sites based on overall popularity. The total visits calculation favors longevity over popularity. This becomes more important as new sites are added nearly two years after the links engine debuted. Check it out! Now serving: 360+ links.
Coppermine (the photo gallery) has had a minor update to v1.4.4. On the webmail side of things, I have been doing a lot of testing, evaluating, and analyzing. Nothing is ready yet... but hopefully soon a new webmail system will take over on this site. Ilohamail has been good, but it has issues with multi-part messages (I want a better display for these).
The forums have received an upgrade to version 1.1 rc2. I also changed the theme to the new default. Overall, makes quite the improvement. Over 350 links posted, and more changes coming.
OK. I have finally found the time to resolve a few things with the site. Namely, the new forums are online. The structure of the forums is simpler. Coppermine had a minor upgrade to v1.4.3. I am also re-evaluating webmail apps... expect more changes. ;D
Coppermine has been updated to the much awaited version 1.4.2. Much more control, and power. The best photo gallery just got better. Picture uploads do not need to be resized first anymore! I'm still working on other updates to the site; the Links engine now has over 340 links.
I am slowly working on updates to this site. Here are the updates made recently: Coppermine v1.3.3, IlohaMail v0.9.0(dev), and on the Links I added a Turing test to block webpage trolling systems when you List Your Site - thanks to viebrock.ca. Check out the 290+ links...
The forums are now running the final version of Invision Power Board, v2.0.0. If you haven't visited the forums before, check them out. They've been quiet lately. Start a discussion today!
A new button style is being used for the navigation system. The look is a bit more modern and crisp. Additionally, the Coding page has been replaced with a Design page. Please email me if you are interested in web design services.
The Links Index has grown. Now serving over 200 links in 35 categories. If you haven't used the Links Index lately, now's a good time to check it out. Know any sites that are missing? You can add your own.
The forums are now upgraded to Invision Power Boards v2.0.0 PF 1.0. This is the first supported preview release of the new version. I had to patch a problem with not seeing the post dates on the home page. Let me know of any problems.
